Replacement Policy

At 99 Dirham Shop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues with our products promptly. If you believe your product is incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken, please adhere to the following process:

  1. Report the Issue:
    Share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

  2. Evaluation and Assistance:
    In many cases, the issue may stem from product usage. Our team will guide you on how to resolve it. If the product is determined to be faulty, we will proceed with the replacement process.

  3. Return the Product:

    • Ship the product in its original packaging, including the Original Product Box and all accessories, to our warehouse:
      99 Dirham Shop, Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
    • Ensure the product is securely packed for transit.
  4. Replacement Timeline:

    • Once we receive the returned product, we will process the replacement within 2 working days.
    • The replacement will be scheduled and shipped to you within 14 working days free of charge.

Important Notes:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind” cases.
  • Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds.
